《Special Announcement 12/11 Tuesday》
In view of the recent social movements and for safety concerns, parents please pay attention to the following arrangements :
1. This week including Saturday (12/11-16/11), all the after school classes, ECA activities and school team training will be cancelled.
All students will be dismissed at 3:40 pm.
Parents please be punctual at school for those students who needed to be picked up.
For students who are going home by themselves, they will be dismissed at 3:40 pm.
2. All school buses will follow the 3:40 schedule and no 5:00 pm buses will be provided.
Parents please be on time to pick up students at the stops.
Students who need parents pick up will be sent back to school if parents do not show up and parents need to come to school to pick up the students.
3. School will exercise special consideration and exemption to students who choose not to come to school due to safety concerns.
During school days, parents can also choose to pick up students early for safety concerns.
4. It is our school’s first priority to provide a safe learning environment for students. Parents please pay attention to school announcements through eClass and website in a timely manner.
